SKOYA exhibited at Espace 42 a.k.a Le Cerisier, 42 quai des Celestins in Paris, from October 05th until October 14th 2012. Opening on Friday 05th of October 2012 from 6pm30 to 10pm.

The creative works from “Letmeintroducemyself // Volume Two b- No Hope for us Dreamerz?*” is a series of twenty four acrylic paintings &#38; five Origamis Tsuru 400% (paper sculptures/ Japanese folding), which drags a second observation on the sense of imagination, the strength of Memory &#38; the essence of dreams. 
These paintings were produced mostly during “Live Paintings” performances in-between Paris &#38; Amsterdam from 2011-2012.</description>

Killing Skills x SKOYA . Amsterdam XXI1O

The French alchemist / painter SKOYA and the producers duo Killing Skills met each other last year in Amsterdam, and after crossing creative minds, they immediately decided to achieve a creative collaboration. Skoya had to contribute a video for the electronical orientated hip-hop track entitled "Van Dijck Brown", produced by Killing Skills.

All footages in the video clip were shot by Skoya on numerous voyages he made throughout the past 5 years. Bringing him to places such as San Francisco, New York, Paris, London, Tokyo, Pekin, Bali, California, China, Mongolia &#38; Amsterdam. The Video's footages were filmed with diverse Super 8 video cameras, which gives to the clip its particularity.

A series of 150 colour film Photography, focused on seven countries' capital (Paris, 
Tokyo, London, New York City, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Manila). Five 400% Tsuru Origami
sculptures (japanese paper folding). Insallation took place at Mikorin's, located in Kichijouji, Tokyo/Japan.
From the 29th of November  until the 30th of December.

Let me introduce myself - Volume one: Transparency / La Transparence
From 30th of March to 27th of April 2007, 34 rue de Richelieu.

SKOYA A.T, young alchemist of 20 years old, exhibited his painting works (oil &#38; aerosol), 
drawings and photography, based on the human's reactions confronted to an urban environment.

Born with a self-teaching tendency, repelled by academicism, he finds his inspiration in the urban environment that surrounds him. Disgust by its conformism and its routines, even its harshness sometimes, he is paradoxically intrigued by its frenetic activity and its illusion of liberty. The nature of his reflection questions the legitimacy of the systems’ corruptions, their conditioned societies, its contradictions and its weakness.
Throughout numerous daily travels in the capital’s subways, he finds himself shocked, observing the ghost like figures surrounding him. As if their souls had fallen asleep, vanish or even dissolved, with life’s daily routines. 
Further on, with Paris’s compact architecture, where some monuments reflect centuries of history, while others show a more modern and sophisticated face, constitutes an enormous diversity. 
Sensible to those metropolitan representations, he thus makes it, the essence of his reflection. Those observations have been since then on, the core of his inspiration regarding his works, relating each of those factors to implicit &#38; iconic correlations.
